Superstitions!!

Always uses a US quarter dollar with one of the states on it. Mark my ball state-side up and then flip it over when I'm moving it out of somebody's way.
I always have my clubs in a certain divider but I dont care if they are out of place.

I'm feeling left out - should I go and get myself a superstition just for the sake of it? I wonder what the probability of it improving my scoring is.

I must admit to never understanding what it is about white tees as opposed to any other colour :D Is it just copycatting because Monty once said that he only used white tees?

I never have sex before a medal round...come to think of it I never have it before a stableford, bogey, betterball, matchplay. Hey d'ya think my missus is trying to tell me something? :( :(

Superstitions, nah - load of old bunkum.
As long as I've got me clubs and a ball I'm laughing, but only play in daylight :D

Golfmmad.

None really for me either. Golf is hard enough without having to remember to carry out silly little routines, wear certain items of clothing or carry certain objects in particular places on the person in order to play well.

Doesn't work like that, does it? Maybe that's where I'm going wrong?:D

Only habits, no superstitions. Contrary to feary I never wear a watch when playing golf and I think I cant hit a clean shot with a mucky club, so I always give my club a quick wipe after each shot.

One superstition: I ALWAYS use white balls.

I use white tees because they are easier to find.

I found that wearing a yellow shirt is lucky. Especially when going down the bookies. Trouble is, i don't have one at the moment.

if we play near water I'm not standing near you - midges must have a field day with you around.

my only superstition, touch wood, is to find the course and thereafter find the 1st tee. many a time I haven't found the practice green - and sometimes when I had, wished I hadn't.
