Done. But you should have done ages more accurately.

18-24,25-34,35-49,50-65

As it is it give 2 options for ages like 35 and 50. I am just turned 35 so chose 25-35

I was gonna say he should have had a 25 to 40 category, being 37 and in the category with the 50s olds makes mevfeel ratherold

Do people actually get degrees for this kind of stuff? When I was at university you had to do some proper work in a proper subject to get a degree. Useful stuff that you use in day to day life such as logarithms, cosines and tangents. Proper stuff, made a man out of you. I've filled it in anyway. But you could have had a free text box or two in there for people to expand their feelings on golf club membership.
