That was my first thought when I say the OP title. Get a dozen celebs who fancy playing golf and who haven't played before and partner them with a dozen pros. Get the pros teaching them the game for 16 weeks. Sure we could imagineer the detailed format easy enough. Now who'd you have on the panel of four judges.
