Stableford scoring and your handicap.

Okay, so we've got our official club h'caps.Though have you ever knocked 5 or even 10 of your h'cap and scored your card at that lower h'cap; just out of interest for yourself?

You might be surprised at how few pints you actualy loose!

I fall into the 'disaster on 4 or 5 holes' category, and score fairly well on the rest. So doing this excerise doesn't have a huge effect on my stableford score.

Just wondered.

Yep! did this a couple of times, even done it off scratch and still managed a decent score, though not a winning one.
Different in a comp though, and much different when you play someone who posts nearly 50 points as so often is the case
