Used my skycaddie this morning with no issues but when I got home and turned it on I got an Exception Notice which says that a restart is required..... However this has repeated a few times now and I seem to be making no progress.....

Has such a thing happened to anyone else?if so what course of action did you take !!
 
Hi mate I have trawled through a few other forums for you on this and the best course of action is to call Skycaddie on this one and they will help you fix it. It isn't something you can do yourself. According to what I have found out they may send you a new one. Give them a call. Hope this helps.

Many thanks will give them a shout tomorrow....... Hope it doesn't take ages to sort, will feel lost without it, it's one less thing for me to think about !!!
 
When i had an SGX I rang them a couple of times with problems and the service is brilliant they sent me a refurbished model out as soon as they received mine back!
 
Problem I have is I can't get the main menu to do any upgrades..... Will have another go later and if no joy will give them a bell..... I would be disappointed if I got a refurbished model that's not in same condition as mine....... I am abit wet about such things, mine still has the protective cover on the screen...... Not a mark on it in 2 years!!!
