Rubbish. You can move the ball both ways with the same swing..... I hit both draw and fade from the inside and so do the pros.

Technically I can't shape the ball to order - I don't know the technique necessary BUT if I stand there without a straight shot to the green and therfore have to start it out and bring it back then I can do it. Did it twice today just picking the only shot I had, visualising the ball in flight and stepping up and hitting it. To be fair this is much easier for me to draw/hook than fade/slice but on tee shots that require the latter I manage it - albeit a bit too much sometimes.

Maybe we get a bit to hooked (excuse the pun) up on feet pointing this way or that way, shoulders this way or that way, club face this way or that way and swing path this way or that way??

Had a lesson on how to draw the ball and can now do it with my irons but find it more difficult with my woods.
But one good thing has come from it is that now my fade has reduced and Im hitting more fairways woo hoo.
