I played Junior level for a few years when I was 18. Played Auchinleck in a cup tie and they were streets ahead of the East coast teams. They take their Junior football very, very seriously in the West.Good read about the historical rivalry between Auchinleck Talbot and Cumnock Juniors who play tonight.
Son in law used to play junior football in that area and told me about them and how tough the games are.
