Scottish Fitba'

Interesting stat - goals scored away from home this season :

Celtic 13
Aberdeen 7
Dundee Utd 6
Motherwell 6
St Johnstone 6
Kilmarnock 5
Dundee 5
Hearts 5
St Mirren 4
Hibs 3
Ross County 1
Rangers 1

Trusty showed that he can step up and be needed. I still have massive doubts over Scales being any good. Always looks lost but throws himself around. I think Trusty and CCV should be the defensive pairing.

We were fortunate that Atalanta couldn't convert some of the chances however I wouldn't say there was many clear and obvious chances that were a dead cert for a goal. Kuhn had a good game and Kyogo added something different when he came on.

Good result for hearts.... Now over to rangers... Could be a good week...🤷‍♂️
Says something when a Scottish team celebrates as an ‘amazing’ night when beating a Cypriot team. No matter. Well done Hearts..beggars can’t be choosers. Besides every draw and win, especially away from home, helps the national team’s ranking coefficient…👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Something positive is underway in Perth under new boss Simo Valakari.

His first game legally in charge at Dens today and a 90th min winner and a jump up to 6th place in the league. Plus 😇😇 be praised - despite VAR and the ref having a very, very long look at the winning goal…it stood…now that’s a change. And a wee important but horrible/nice statistic…today was the first time St Johnstone have managed back2back SPL wins in FOUR 🙄 years…two years since back2back in any comp - and it was at Dundee…the joys unlimited that that brings.👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🕺

Plus RossC get a win and Aberdeen top of league…what’s not to like.
