Like I said I think the course has a good few descent holes. I have played it a few times but from what I have read on hear I don't think I will be visiting it for a while until I hear some better reports. It just that simple, sorry if I have upset you.

Running a business where word of mouth is key to ensuring continued work is good enough for me and from what I have seen on hear at least 3-4 forum members have said the course was poor, that's good enough for me to be taking my money elsewhere sorry if you don't get that.

I asked a valid question and contrary to what was actually said re Scotscraig I remained polite.

I also said that it's hardly ideal giving somewhere some bad press but if it's warranted then life's tough! I'll trust what I've been told and what's been mentioned, sounds like it's a midden so I'll not bother. I'll look forward to the next opportunity though :thup:

What sort of reply do you think Joe Public would get if he phoned and asked, can you confirm ... Is your course good at the moment or is it as bad as what's being said?

I'm not talking about Joe Public, you're the one that started the negative thread :thup:

Bit of a different situation if you call them and the conversation is I've heard you've had some problems with drainage etc could you tell me how the course is playing and the work that's going on. :thup:

Sure you'd be delighted if your own course was struggling for whatever reason and everyone was panning it.

so where do you play so we can go play there and slaughter it, all i can say you've listened to the wrong people , the course is in very condition the greens are very true and getting quicker by the week heck even look at the website as the green keeper has a blog on whats been going on with the course.

It's not a midden by any means, it's was a little rough around the edges when I played but it's not a midden.
