Tour Winner
Ours is £2 - £1 for the individual prize & £1 for the team prize. (Random draw to determine teams of 3 - best two scores count on each hole). Happens on both Saturday & Sunday mornings.
Individual winner gets 2/3 of individual prize fund and gets cut a minimum of 2 shots for next three games, and second gets 1/3 and cut 1 shot for 3 games. Cuts increase by 1 shot for every 2 points above 36. (When written down it looks more complicated than it actually is). Less than 15 players then there's no second prize. Winning team just scoop the team pot - but no penalties.
Last placed individual, and last placed team have to do the Walk of Shame - ie go to Captain's charity box & donate £1 (accompanied by a chorus of cat-calls & jeers). Competition is stiff. Having a bad day, you can still strive to avoid the walk. Not "walking" is far more important than winning.
