The thing about Wales is not the size or population but their heritage. Rugby was in their blood and to see it being wiped out like this is terrible. 18000 tickets were unsold for the match this week which is unheard of. This is more comparable to something like Liverpool or Manchester as a city losing interest in football. Rugby is not the number one sport on many places but fir generations it was in Wales
I heard 15,000 as of last night, but whatever it actually is it’s 😳.

I might sadly suggest that the core rugby club team support in Wales could be dropping severely as the national side struggle. And with (I might cynically suggest) so much of the crowd going to the National Stadium being ‘party’ people more interested in wearing silly fancy dress than actually understanding and watching rugby - the lengthy and continuing lack of success of the national team may have found many of that group no longer bothering to go. Yes cynical I know…just a suggestion why what would have seemed unimaginable 10yrs ago has come to pass.

I'm relieved that the Scottish fans on here discovered the on button on their TV sets to watch today's game. Clearly not allowed to watch last week's game, I mean I guess that is why they haven't posted for a while 😂

Got to love a bad loser 😂

After last week, I confidently expected Scotland to get hammered yesterday. Even watching yesterday, I was waiting for the inevitable collapse but Scotland were superb. Greg Laidlaw was correct, the charge down was pivotal.

I've taken the defeat, congratulated Scotland. I just find it frustrating when posters come out of the woodwork when the going is good, only to hide again when things get choppy.

Scotland fully deserved their win, no question.

Whenever and wherever possible I avoid causing myself unnecessary pain.
I shall endure the torture of this afternoon.

The bookies give 30/1 for Wales to win today and France odds-on favourites for the Championship.
The best two national anthems today, however. :)

With Scotland and Italy each having a win, Wales will need to beat them both to avoid last place - I just can't see that happening even though both matches will be in Cardiff.
