Been suffering with "mallett finger" for the last 7 weeks. Hospital on Friday to have the splint taken off. All being well the finger will have healed. Hope to get down the range in the afternoon to try and hit a few balls.Then on Sunday H.I.D & myself have a winter league game to try and win. God knows what the swing will be like

Roll on Friday. Had a long weekend and work was a nightmare today. Keep waiting for 4.30 on Friday and a trip to the range to vent some frustration before the rescheduled turkey trot on Saturday. I hope you don't rush back too soon and do any more damage but if you and the wife do play on Sunday - good luck

I suffered mallet figure a few years ago and it did heal ok after 6weeks. Hope yours holds up.

I retired from football right after that. Still managed to play golf. I cut the finger off the glove and the plastic spilt just stuck out. It looked funny but I still managed to play golf.

Got two league matches this weekend, one for a semi-final place and one for a final place...can't wait!
