Distance differential is not noticeable, but the look and feel (both in the hard and off the club) is completely different. How would anyone know 4 yds is hardly detectable.
Is it more like a X
More like a Pinnacle.

In spin, yes, an X, but slightly left dash off the driver, with almost AVX feel around the green but a little Trufeel if you catch it low on the face. How would anyone know 4 yds is hardly detectable.

Sounds good i might get some.In spin, yes, an X, but slightly left dash off the driver, with almost AVX feel around the green but a little Trufeel if you catch it low on the face.
Not sure many average golfers play in Arizona in the middle of July, when there is no wind, no humidity and the temperature is in the 90s (or higher). It is for 100mph driver. Covering the span, the charts for 85mph and 115 mph are essentially the same message. Perfectly relevant to average golfers.
Its still strong data. Those for whom it conflicts with their data-less preconceived views will likely dismiss it though...you cannot have facts conflicting with prejudices. Not sure many average golfers play in Arizona in the middle of July, when there is no wind and the temperature is in the 90s (or higher).
It's strong data if you play in those conditions. Cores and covers may behave very differently at different temperatures, altitudes and humidities, and in the wind and rain. Its still strong data. Yes, the differences could be even greater than those shown in the table. It's strong data if you play in those conditions. Cores and covers may behave very differently at different temperatures, altitudes and humidities, and in the wind and rain.
Different kind of paint reacting differently off the club face??So yellow balls are longer.
Pro V1 there is a 4 yd difference between yellow and white.?..??
How does that work?
Surely ball arent painted ? Is it not just pigment in the polymer cover ?Different kind of paint reacting differently off the club face??
Yellow is a lot more exciting than white. Probably pumps up the golfer a bit more, and an extra bit of swing speedDifferent kind of paint reacting differently off the club face??
The effect of light resistance is reduced. The photons are absorbed rather than bouncing off and slowing the ball down.So yellow balls are longer.

It’s golf but not how we know it Jim!The effect of light resistance is reduced. The photons are absorbed rather than bouncing off and slowing the ball down.
Science innit.
Changing clubs for pro events makes for a really easy bifurcation. But I see your point. It's equally sillyYou are against changing the ball.....but you are fine with changing the clubs??? Why would making club changes be ok (and making the game harder as some would argue), but changing the ball upsets people?
But everyone said they’d lose 20 yards!So...5 yards or less for us.
