I like to think I'd do something really clever to make him wish he#d never started the fight!!
Good job it wasn't over here, the police here would be too busy giving him 3 points for using his phone while driving!

The problem in America is every loon has a gun, or a high chance of being armed. If that happened to me I'd have run him over as he ran towards me. You can't take chances. You've got enough evidence to show you were trying to get away and he was the agressor. A good defence would have you off the charge even if you killed the bloke.
I used to do a lot of road cycling but had to stop going on certain roads due to the level of abuse and moronic driving. It got to the stage there was an exchange or two every single ride. A hot day, someone cutting you up and then abusing you. Even a saint would lose the plot!

Its one of those things you will never know until it happens to you , adrenalin will produce a flight or fight reaction , which happens is entirley individual to us all ..
I do some door work as a part time job , when i use to do the big clubs you would see the new guys on the crew filled with nerves & excitement , then when it would kick off alot of the time the new guys would stand looking , wasnt fear or being afraid it was a total new situation for the system to handle & it froze , so he froze , after the 1st one or 2 most guys were grand ,
the others were sacked
Geting old & outa shape now , but im stil a a firm believer if you bring voilence to the occasion often enough , sometime you will meet more than you can handle ..

Father in law once knocked out a taxi driver who cut him up and was very very abusive.
He got out of his car and punched him through his closed window.
I try not to annoy him these days!

Had a friend many years ago who got involved in a scrape with another car. He was cut up by the other car and he flashed his lights at them. They promptly stopped and the driver jumped out. my pal was an ex para and not too bothered, so got out to meet him, missed the other drivers mate, who got out whilst they were arguing, came round behind him, picked up a garden rock and smashed the back of his head in. According to witnesses, they then promptly both began kicking 7 bells out of him when he was down and out. He was a right mess afterwards, and very very lucky to survive.
