Oh dear Lord - another carry bag thread! I know I know, but the search function doesn't work on IE or Firefox so I'm asking the kind people of the forum to once again dig deep and tell me their favourite carry/stand bag. My current Mizuno one is junk really, bought for a song on ebay, the straps are brutal and contributed to a back niggle I had last year - so trying to avoid that recurring.

Specifically I'm looking at the Sun Mountain H2NO Staff and Titleist lightweight bags. Ultimately its going to come down to whatever feels most comfortable on my shoulders, but I wondered if anyone had good/bad experiences with quality/leaking etc. Also what do you think of a 14-way divider system? I like this on my cart bag - is it too much in a carry? That would change direction towards Nike, Im not sure I have the stomach for that....

Sound all.

I have the h2no staff bag and without doubt it's the best bag I have ever had. The straps seem to be a lot thicker than any other bag which makes it extremely comfortable for me. The divider thing is a bit of a pain but I can live with it.

Sun Mountain H2No or Mizuno Aerolite WP.

Both are excellent. I have both and switch between the two

BigSlice also just purchased the WP. He likes it too I believe.

Good good good, Gareth any particular reason you switch? ie is one better in the rain etc. Or are you just matching your outfits?

:)

I wanted the H2NO but at the time was out of my price range so picked up a Ping Hoofer C1 cheap. The C1 is light, has been waterproof on some very wet days and holds everything I need. The strap system takes a while to get used to but is obvious after a while. It stands well, and generally I like it, but I still pine for the H2NO ;)

The H2NO is cheap enough now though to be the better option -> http://www.direct-golf.co.uk/golf_b...ff_stand_bag_stand_bags_golf_bags/p12421.aspx

Both are waterproof and exceptional in the rain.

The reason I swap is very simple. My Mizzy I use in winter is black and blue. The Sun Mountain is white and red...... Mostly white with red zippers.

Thanks all, yeah I spotted that thanks Fox, sounds a pretty good deal, was going to wait til Christmas but I think with the comment above and a deal like that Christmas might come early ;)

Recently bought a Ping Hoofer E2 - excellent. Love the sliding straps system - dead easy to get on and off - and system almost seems to automatically balance the bag once you're carrying.

I'll also recommend the Ping Hoofer.

It's really good, lightweight, but if you're after a waterproof bag then it won't do.

The H2NO is very nice looking and often comes highly recommended, also something to consider would be the Titleist Sta Dry.
