According to mygolfspy, Bob Parsons is sueing Taylormade for patent infringement.

Not a lot of info at the moment, but will be interesting to see how this pans out.

I wonder If TaylorMade would counter sue.

They have been producing hollow/foam filled irons since the late 80s.
