Putting at home

I think as Homer says as long as you concentrate on the stroke putting at home is fine. Just don`t get into the habit of concentrating on pace or it will cause more problems than its worth when you hit the greens.

I have found that a round cardboard disk is just as good. Take 6 balls and putt to the disk at the far end of the carpet - must go beyond it (hence better than the return thing that I also have) but must stop before the end of the carpet so getting a bit of distance control. If it goes over the disk it is in the hole:thup:

I last about 10 repeats before HID goes mad :) although I have found it better (safer) not to ask her to score my efforts and pass the balls back

I used to do this with a 10p coin from 3, 6 and 9 feet. A click meant a perfect putt as the ball hit the coin.

As i got better my wife threatend to snap my V-Easy as I tended to do it while she watched TV.

Man I miss those good old days in my old flat.
