Purple patch got me to single figures! :)

I have been going through a bit of a purple patch last few weeks, having scored 36, 36, 35 (CSS went up 1 so level) 40, 37(CSS went up 1 so 2 better) and 43 yesterday. Have been playing steady and played the best I've ever played yesterday. Was expecting to be down to 11.2 from 12.7 after yesterday but on checking I've also received an exceptional score reduction of a further 2 shots so down to 9.2!

Over the moon would be an understatement!!

No idea how I'm going to stay here! Lol

my top tip for playing to singles is forget about stroke index, keep the doubles off the card. wrack up the pars and the odd birdie. job done! :swing:

Cheers for the good advice Gary! Doubles aren't my worry, had a gross 76 round our place yesterday par 70 with a triple bogey on the card! Lol 14 pars 3 bogeys and a triple!

Thanks. First 18 off single figures today and 1st 9 was in shock! 12 points with 3 dings but had 20 points on back 9 for 32 so well pleased with finish as I know the games there.
