So nothing major just a hat sponsor then.

Be more interesting to see who his clothing sponsor is when it's announced as he's a hot commodity in golf at the moment, was rumours of it being Sunday Red but in light of recent issues even if that were true an announcement would be overshadowed and if I were him i'd be considering if that is a good choice.

He's got everyone in the palm of his hand with this clothing sponsor all this has probably addded a few million onto whatever contract he signs :ROFLMAO:

prior to that video posted he filmed a teaser to this announcement had people in the comments zooming in on the clothes tags

Have thoroughly enjoyed the Texas open, sitting here watching it with a Rum and it’s good seeing them have to battle the conditions and make the right decisions on why shots to play and how whilst wrapped up in Waterproofs. Little glimpse of them playing in the same crap weather we often have to.

Matt Wallace going well though, played himself into contention in Rd3, and could post the clubhouse score to beat which with the weather is going to be close.

The difference in scoring between the front 9 and back 9 this week is unreal.

Just turned it on to see a great shot by JJ Spaun on the 17th. Got a putt for eagle and the lead.
Hell of a tee shot that, he holes that and makes a Birdie 4 at the last I think that’s the win. Can only see Putnam catching him if anyone is able to.

That being said Chandler Phillips tee shot at 17 after Spauns is even better.

Just seen Putnam nearly mess up an easy up and down on a par 5. At first glance I thought he was dressed like a plumber who has just came out to give you a quote.

To be fair he does look like he should have a tape measure hanging out of those trousers. He’s the only one that really has a chance of catching Spaun with the holes he has left to play.
Perfect driver distance for Spaun and Phillips based on their ball speeds.
Still got to thread that needle though. Certainly is good to watch this week.

Bob Mac will be disappointed with today, but has he played 39 holes today?
Certainly takes its toll at the pace off the PGA.
Where are you getting 39 holes from?

He’d completed 6 holes of his 3rd round at the time bad weather stopped play yesterday. So by the time he’s completed his final round he’ll have played 31 holes, the same amount as JJ Spaun and Putnam. It’s definitely not 39 holes.
