Rory has had 24 top 10 finishes in last 44 majors. Remarkable record.
Also:
Masters: 7 top 10s in last 11 appearances
US Open: 6 top 10s in last 6 appearances.

Scheffler: Top 10 finish in 11 out of last 17 majors.I am assuming that is the best record of any current player. Can't think of too many (Scheffler???) to come close. The problem is the lack of a win and he's creating opportunities but there has to be a question, and one which the media have raised before, about his ability to get it done after so many near misses. Time ticks on for everyone so how many more chances will there be before the newer generation start to take over
I assume Sky aren't broadcasting the Scottish Open on a free-to-air channel, so the the free and easy access to YouTube (via smart TVs and set-top boxes) means that LIV can be viewed on far more TVs in the UK than the Scottish Open.
Anyway back to the actual golf
Ive picked my fantasy team and no surprise I have gone for JR as my captain.
Absolute birdie festival out there today.
Is the Scottish Open at the Renaissance for the forseeable? Would like to see a tougher course when there is little wind.
It was defenceless today. Not sure Troon will be so benignAbsolute birdie festival out there today.

That'll keep them honest. And prepare them for next weekI think rain is forecast for Saturday, I'm hoping it'll be proper windy.
All very well, but Bryson let him back into contention! DeChambeau was the best Golfer no argument! He's been the best majors player thus far this season.Nah, it was going long on 15 and the short putt on 16 that cost him, not 1 player in the field played all 4 rounds at par or better.
Bryson rode his luck in the final round, several times he got lucky with the lie after putting it into the native areas. Sure he had the lowest total over the four rounds so deserved his win, but the point I was making is that the 2 errors that ultimately cost Rory were on 15 and 16 in the final round, not his 2nd round score. All very well, but Bryson let him back into contention! 100%. Rory was 2 ahead with about eight holes remaining or something like that - so it's hard to say the second round cost him a victory. He just needed to see it through but he had two baffling club choices and a missed 3-footer (the first one that is - I think the one on 18 was a lot trickier than people made out).Bryson rode his luck in the final round, several times he got lucky with the lie after putting it into the native areas.
