Yep, there's always been limited field events. In addition, the PGAT has five opposite field events in 2025, a fall series of 8 tournaments in which they struggle to fill with alternates, unlike the LIV series.

Probably because McIlroy isn't playing. I'm quite enjoying it without the usual Rory frenzy going on. Interesting course and some big names near the top.

Guess you can tell that most on here don’t really bother with most of the tour golf -
The only events people are really bothered about are the majors and maybe the odd ET event plus the Ryder Cup

Also a fact. The PGAT have banned multiple non PGAT members from their events for participating in LIV events..
