Professional Golf 2024 & 2025

Blue Monster is tearing some of the LIV guys apart in Round 1

Poults obviously oblivious to the course difficulty…
Flicked itvx to catch the end... Mainly to see form before some wagers on the Masters.... Foreright will be happy Phil m still showing some form. ... It does look a tough track...
Patrick Reed burning it up... No amount of form will make me put money on him tho.. Lol..

Round 2 underway at Doral - hoping Mickelson can build some momentum going into Augusta. Good crowds, ticket sales up 86% on last year I believe. 📈

Wind looks a little less harsh than yesterday so let's see how the scoring goes today.

Bryson was the 1st to tee off on Hole 1 - warming up with a 395 yard drive down fairway central..🤯

Whilst there's previously been a couple of signs before reverting, it's slightly odd seeing Dustin J seemingly back in control of his golf ball.
Tough conditions out there.
Hellava tee shot from BDC on 16!

17 & 18 playing tough at Doral, with a few big numbers on them. Sublime iron from Sergio on 17 though for a birdie to move to 2nd. Don't think he'll make it to a play off.

It was another strong tournament from Sergio, but Leishman played some great golf on the final day for a solid win.

Shame to see all the US guys fade away - it seemed like it flattened the energy in the broadcast a little as the cameras were focusing more on Leishmann and Schwartzel who hadn't drawn the same crowds as Phil, Bryson etc.
That said - it was a great event, well attended with big crowds, and nullified some of the arguments that Americans haven't bought into LIV golf.

Not quite as illustrious as The Masters but I took Jamie up to Ganton today - 2020 ProTour versus Yorkshire Union

One of the lads from our club was playing for the union team so we followed his group for a few holes. They were up against Sam Bairstow and a lad called George Ash. Bairstow played some sublime golf - had a hole in one a few holes after we stopped following them.
Other names in the pro team - Dan Gavins, Dan Brown, Dan Bradbury, Marco Penge and Marcus Armitage, as well as the man behind the event Chris Hanson.
It was great fun, free to enter, and obviously no ropes out so we could just walk the fairways with the players.

Bit of class here from The Bullet
