OMG! flippin hell years ago i used to be able to do this and carry!!!!

today i am a flippin wreck!! the last 5 holes nearly killed me and my playing partner was limping from about the 27th!!


never again without a buggy!

I haven't tried doing 36 yet as it's only 7 months since my knee op and I still get twinges.
I'm really starting to think the lads doing the longest day challenge aren't going to make it. One has tennis elbow, one shattered his collar bone back in January but the last lad and the pro might make it.
Oh I wish them luck they are going to need it.

Did struggle at Woburn at the GM meet but put it down to the man flu I was struggling with and the fact that the Dukes is actually a lot hillier in places than it looks. I can do 36 at my flat parkland track easily enough and have done four in a day and still been back the next day for Captains Day

I was a bit weary after Woburn, but ok. I was more exhausted after 18 at Bearwood Lakes followed by 18 at South Wilts the following day!
