I actually agree with you.

Hate swearing in front of women and children. Old fashioned I know as many women swear enough to make a sailor blush but that is how I was brought up .

Personally question why professional sportmen (interesting that you never see any women do it) have to spit. I've played football and rugby to a pretty high standard and couldn't understand why team mates and members of the opposition needed to do it as I never did!Think it's a disgusting habit that has unfortunately found a place at social level. Very surprised though that the Tour medical people haven't pointed out to the pros that spitting also spreads germs and disease!
