Palace fans of the world unite

Alex Ferguson, Gary Neville, Dwight Yorke, Bobby Charlton, George Best, Bryan Robson

YOUR BOYS TOOK ONE HELL OF A BEATING!!!!!

WOndered how quickly they would come out of the woodwork. Great result and anyone that wins at Old Trafford has done well. Good draw in the next round and the Eagles could be soaring at Wembley.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!:D

Manchester United? Who are ya?

CPFC - Pride of London!

How many did Arsenal let in?

Tonight was a football lesson - here endeth the first lesson!

Who's that team they call the Palace? Who's that team we all adore?
We're the boys in red and blue... :p

Unbelievably happy tonight! :D

Well done.

Good luck....... unless you meet LFC.

Fair play to you, always got your Palace avatar up, not a johnny come lately, enjoy. Might see you at Wembley, subject to the draw. Here's waiting......

Now that last 10 minutes is what you call a team panicking!!!

Ferguson got his just deserts tonight. Play a weak squad, pay the price! Well done Palace, best of luck in the next round.
Eeeeeehhhhhh, I remember the mighty Terriers giving Palace a lesson at the then McAlpine. People still mention the 7 - 1 win. Different time, different league! sigh. :(

We've got Cardiff, you've got City - I fancy our chances, not too sure about yours... ;)

Trust me, if we won the cup, you'd not see me anywhere near a golf course on the Sunday! :p

I know, me neither, maybe the Saturday though!!

Yes, ours will be a tough draw, but Anfield under the lights in the 2nd leg, never discount us. As long as there isn't more than one goal in it, we should have a chance.

My ideal one would have been cardiff in the Semis, as I haven't been to their ground and you in the final. Revenge for the 4-3 semi at Villa park would be nice - Where you there? I was. Look when John Barnes scores a penalty for us, i'm the fat divvy standing on the crash barrier right behind the goal, who falls off, after he scores.

One amazing game that though. Can't think of any other semi-finals since with a scoreline like that, pity you couldn't finish man U off in the final that year.

I was there LB - in the Holte End. Will never forget looking for ticket stubs after the game as those that went to the semi got priority tickets (after season holders) for the final. Still queued for 24 hours to get my final ticket! Must have been mad.

Your not far off the same age as me, and around that age, you'll do anything to go to an important footy match.

I remember hitch hiking to Luton once (when they had the membership scheme) - I still got in though.

That was the same season. We went to Luton for our second away game of the season (having already been thrased at QPR) . Some one was knocking out moody Luton memberhip cards. What was strange was that 1000 Palace all ended up the same part of the ground.
That was about three weeks before our fatefull trip to Anfield. Why they held us in after that game I will never know. But having been done 9-0, singing 'your not singing any more' to an empty Kop was pure genius!

Still have an unhealthy hatred of Luton for what they done. Yes, we had about 1,000 in, but all over the ground.
It just gave Luton touts a licence to print money. I was there for the 9-0 also. That's footy though, I am sure you had a warm glow after the 4-3, after being at Anfield a few months earlier. Now that must have been a long Journey home. Perry Suckling in goal, wasn't it - he had a blinder also, could easily have been double figures.

Ahhhh, they were the days (mist descends over eyes)......

Typical, a lifelong Palace fan, saw my first game in 1963, and I was at the O2 last night to see Deep Purple and had to miss the game on tv

It's time the Mighty Eagles had another trip to Wembly !

As a Man City fan I am delighted at the result :-)

Have seen Palace a few times though as friends with Eddie McGoldrick (or rather his wife - now ex) so watched him loiter on the right wing a few times !!

A perfect day for palace then. Win at OT, then find out that Bruce has been sacked. I Remember getting thrashed by united in the carling cup final in Cardiff. It was still a great day and the brains bitter really took the edge off.

Well we did beat Man U 3-3 in the FA cup final at Wembly and I was lucky to get a ticket. I remember seeing Eddie Mc Goldrick on a number of occasions way back - a pretty decent player I recall

Best thing is, one of my staff is a Man U supporter, he would be, he lives on the south east kent coast, and I was able to wander in with my Eagle shirt on and the scarf tied as a bandana - looked an idiot but soooooooooo much fun.

Would be great to get Man City as Bollitelli earns more a week than our team cost to assemble so Amanda ... be very afraid!!
