recently i've been going down the range about 4 times a week and playing twice a week. however, i've started to get pain in my left elbow (right handed player).
is this a sign of over doing it? or should i take a pill and battle through. a friend said i should use the practice fairway bunker at the range as its impact free and also helps with contact. anyone had anything simular or know what to do?
