Does anyone take interest in the Amateur game North of the Border?

If so the Teams Championship is on this weekend over Blairgowrie and there are some great golfers performing.

I hope the boys from my area put up a good showing,they have a good group of golfers there but are up against some stiff teams especially in the shape of Fife and Renfrewshire in particular.

Spoke to a lad who is up there today and he said it is baltic and the course is playing long in the wet and coldness so it'll be interesting to see the scores.

Just had a look at the draw and that's one heck of a strong team that Renfrewshire have put in place! I remember playing a few holes one night with Sam Binning and he walked off the 10th green with a birdie net par!

have you looked at the NORTH scores? worst player is scratch and their scores are last is Blairgowrie playing hard or something
