Nice find, struggling to find any bladed irons local to me, can't believe the amount of Ping Zing/ISI/Eye irons on eBay, no wonder they're popular with new starters.
watching the vids now, looks like they're still using modern day balls but no yardage finders or anything else modern. Hoping to get an older looking bag too although I'm sure they'd feel very light in my pencil bag!

I'm interested in this, always fancied going the full hog and dress up old school in plus fours and play with old gear

You're more than welcome and can go back as far as you like in your choice of equipment and gear.

In fact I think that anybody playing in plus fours, jacket and tie should receive two courtesy shots.
(Removal of any item of clothing during the round will of course negate said courtesy shots)

Collected the ebay clubs mentioned above today, the irons are in great condition but the woods will need a little tlc...

There wasn't a SW in the set so I asked him if he had any spares knocking around that he could throw in. He replied "Sure, take a look in the shed". The shed was rammed with old clubs! I had a quick look and most were sets that he didn't want to split but there were a few odds and sods.
I picked up one that looked like a SW and was pleasantly surprised to find it was a Vokey oil can 256-14 56*, perfect!
Condition was pretty good too, certainly better than my own 56* which I think this will be replacing. :)

I wish I'd had time to look a but longer but I wanted to hit the range before it got dark so had to leave.
There were even more odd and sods outside the shed that were going to scrap.

(So I still need an old SW to complete the set, I'll be hitting the local charity shops in search of that.)

At the range on the way home I quickly discovered that I can shank these irons just as well as my Mizunos, just need to factor in that they don't go as far unless I absolutely middle it.......

Tried the 1 wood and struggled with it, had a go with the 2 wood and hit some belters, I think this will be my weapon of choice on the tee. :D
