Additional conditional issues on this trade - really realistic ones like Adams becomes an All-Pro, Rodgers stops being an a-hole. He was throwing his team-mates under the bus after the Monday Night loss to Buffalo. The Jets just keep being the Jets.

"It was a park in Kennington in south London rather than a fluorescent Superbowl pitch, but the Prince of Wales has joined the increasing numbers in the UK playing American football."

It's TWO BLOODY WORDS - SUPER BOWL

You cannot use the words "Jets" and "wins" in the same sentence so they cannot be the answer. The Raiders get a draft pick, cap room and addition by subtraction by getting Adams out of the place. The sports radio show I work for in Vegas were on a serious good riddance rant yesterday. Rodgers gets his old, sorry only, mate on the roster. In the long run, this one makes no difference to the power rankings in the NFL.

Buffalo trade for Amari Cooper after saying all offseason that they don't need a #1 WR. Jets trade for Adams.

Seem like desperate moves for both teams.

Browns effectively tanking now, might as well not bother tuning in for the rest of the season.

One deal has broken the franchise, silly silly move.

OK, not had the chance to watch any matches, can anybody explain what has happened to the Vikings this year. Did not expect that sort of start.

Defense playing out of its mind - QB Sam Darnold has had a Joe-90 mindmeld and thinks he is Joe Montana. Schedule has played well for them. They are still third best in the NFC North behind the Detroit Power Rangers and Green Bay. Chicago are pretty useful too. The division games are going to be must-watch.

We are playing Detroit at the weekend, will have to keep an eye on that.

If Brian Flores had won the power struggle in Miami we would have beat you to that stinker of a signing while throwing Tua in the bin. Man was a great defensive coach but he had no idea how to run an offense and he couldn't even hire anyone to run it. 32 of those jobs in the world and he couldn't find someone willing to run the offense for him.

Winners of the "Let's come back to Earth" category in the NFL - The 2024 New Orleans Saints. Once 2-0 (OK one was against Dallas) but they gave up a 50 spot to the Bucs last Sunday and got absolutely humiliated Thursday night at home to the Broncos. Actually, coming back to Earth is a little understated. Plummeting without a parachute would be more apt.

FOX Sports are going ga-ga right now over the prospect of a New York Yankees v LA Dodgers World Series. Two huge market teams with the biggest stars in the game, Aaron Judge and Shohei Ohtani. The viewing figures would be off the scale if it happens.
