Hid bought me an ipad mini for Xmas. Are there any apps, especially golf ones that I really must have ?

Golf shots is the most popular one but you might be a pain pulling your iPad mini out to get your distances

What sort of thing are you after Chris? GPS, games, usefulness?!?

The R&A rules app is free.
Super stickman golf is a quite addictive game.
The golf channel and the PGA tour both have their own apps for scores, news etc. I guess the European tour might have as well.
Swingreader has a free version that you can import videos of your swing onto and draw lines all over it, play frame by frame etc.
Can't comment on the GPS apps as I don't have any.

Lottery App. Met Office, EBay, YouTube, Gumtree, Paypal, Argos, Bbc and Sky News Apps. Flashlight is a good one on iPhone not sure if there's a flash on iPad mini.

Bbc iPlayer, itv player, 4 on demand and 5 on demand, sky go app if you have sky at home you can get sky go on your iPad.

That's a start of popular ones. Golf specific as said R&A. I like V1 app its £2.99. Few other tips apps Golfshot do 1 with Paul Azinger.
