New Handicap

Got a mate joining my club next week. Never had a handicap. Will he be able to put three cards in now and get one, even though qualifiers have stopped already, or will he have to wait until the spring to put his cards in?

He can put in HC cards - sign a supplementary book then sign the card and submit it :thup:

You can do them off the yellows in winter no problem, just declare before round at the Pro shop (or in a book) and get it signed by a member.

Not a problem getting the cards in now. Seems a good move to me.
