I can add the Sally Gunnell to that list. Ugly, but runs a long way...

I was told a very funny story about this last week. Seems a guy form my club was playing in a comp at Gleneagles last year, random draw. On the second tee he topped a drive a little and ended up with a daisy cutter. He made the Sally Gunnell quip only to find out that his oppo was Sally's husband. Different surname so he didn't think anything of it.
To say he wasn't amused apparently was an understatement and he didn't speak to the offender the remainder of the round!
