New Course on Callaway Upro

Has anyone ever requested a new course be mapped on the Callaway Upro and if so how long did it take?

Now these are going at just over £100 new on ebay thought Id take the plunge however my home course isnt fully mapped, emailed them several weeks ago but no communication and the course still not updated.

Not the best of signs....
 
I believe they use a third party company to map the courses. Someone did suggest that their course's map was 5 years old!

I haven't had that problem with the courses I've wanted so, but I guess that's luck.

It's a great bit of kit (in my opinion) and although I'm aware of some issues, they've not affected me (as yet).

Did you email UK or US helpdesk? I found the US folk to be FAR more helpful.

i initially filled in the request a course form (and got a few friends to do too) then emailed uk customer service. If no response in a few days Ill try the US one but not endearing me to them currently
 
To be honest, if you want customer SERVICE, always go to the US.

It's a sad thing about this country that we haven't yet cottoned on to the US way of doing it.

Well, with the exception of GoKart, we haven't! ;)

I contacted them through their request page as my course was not up to date and I got a reply within 24hrs from email addy uPro_Support@callawaygolf.com

They said that my request had been forwarded to their mapping department and they would get back to me.

That was 2 weeks ago and not heard anything as yet.

I have just this minute contacted them again so will let you know if I get an answer.
 
Same here got 1 for xmas , put 4 course requests in on boxing day none of them loaded so far! getting worried that HID has bought me the wrong product ..... all slightly worrying so far :D

I have put 3 courses on in the promode and all have been loaded ok.

2 of the courses are as they are but the course I have put the request in for is to have it updated as it shows the course without the new bunkers from 12 months ago.
