.....I found a zip that didnt seem to have any purpose so I asked my pro. After a few minutes of looking he got the answer. It comes away from the bad incase I want my name on it. Saves sending the whole bag away.

Perhaps you could get some spares and have a collection of names to put on your bag....maybe to match your current form ?

One round - Clubchamp07
Next round ( after a measley 20 points in a stableford ) - Hacker
Finally - a 'Don't talk to me !!!' badge for when things are really going pear shaped :D :D :D

Go on Homer you know it makes sense!!

But do not under any circumstances get your name on your bag,a step too far.

Bit like htl really, didnt pay for a boot while I played rugby, trust me though they were not like the boots he wore! In my time Patrick were the kiddies and I took the stripes off my heels so Adidas would keep giving me boot money.

My MYJOYS are white with a pink saddle,NICO on one heel and The Dragon on the other.

htl,DC wears Stuburt and he gets a boat load of cash to do so. They have launched a range of Classic-a-likes bearing his name.

Murph, you are now a legend in my eye! Right in the Miguel Angel class.

Def like the custom colours Homer but NOT the name thing, also Not the clubchamp thing either, seems to be asif you want some kind of recognition , believe me, if you're good enough you don't need to tell people who you are or what you done!

Given up on the name thing on my bag. I've still got my Slazenger B52 from the 80's with my name on it at my mums !!!

Going to go with white Dryjoy pods with red saddle and black accent (Fulham FC colours) with the St Georges cross on one and Homer on the other (although might have Homer on both - can't make my mind up yet).

I know I've always thought it was strange that you can't send in logo (probably a set up issue each time) but I'm disappointed with the limited amount of logos (ok if want FJ). Seems they have every flag (well almost) which seems pretty strange given the demand from countries like Latvia so perhaps they could have sacrificed some flags for better logos

be good if you could get an alternate style for the monogram as well - lower case italic for instance. I would have gone for v17 but it doesn't look that good in block print.

Good choice Homer, they are going to look great. With you on the logo/case thing too, they got the same problem with the printed ball offer they run at Christmas.

Times New Roman is an awful font (it's the default Word font because it's the closest to old typewriters and the one used in the 'composing window'). There are much better (and cleaner) but unfortunately I can't change fonts so I can't show you but have a look at Avant Garde, Comic Sans MS and Optima (if you can find it).

To work well on shoes or bags where it is stitched you need a sans serif font or the characters will blur.

Shame you cant send them your own logo! P;enty of op for club badges etc!

Now I am not sure how he got it done but my club pro has the club badge on the heel of his footjoy classics. Shows that it is possible but whether it is because of a contact in the industry or something I am not sure. Might be worth enquiring about though if anybody wants there own logo. If I see him tonight I will make a note of asking him how he got it done.

I think somewhere in the big wide world there will be plenty of people who can do this freelance after you buy them, its just a case of finding them!
