My swing... any thoughts/advice?!

I've uploaded a few videos to youtube of me hitting a few shots recently. I'd appreciate any thoughts / advice / comments. I have an idea of the things i'm doing wrong but will perhaps hold off on putting them down here and see if they are spotted by anyone...

Haha... yes, the hook is indeed my bad shot. I've a tendency to slouch a little and take it back on the inside way too much. I seem to have a bit of a sway at takeaway from those videos too!
