They're currently standing in the dining room looking at me and saying (at least i think ) "don't send us to the garage with the rejected Mizunos and the other Hogans and various other abts ou bought off fleabay"

Just to add to the dabte, iw as 3 over last Friday, we won the Captains day Texas scaemble with 8 under gross, and then today.

I keep telling myself it was the putter that did it today, and that's not coming out of the bag.


But i agree with ScienceBoy - being able to hit a ball straight rather than 30 degrees left cos i'm so short and all my irons point that way should have the Professional Ranks shaking in their Footjoys

This did make me chuckle, so I tell my other half quoting the OP verbatim and she just looks at me blankly. I can see the cogs turning as she's trying to work out what "level par gross, with 5 birdies" is, which made me laugh some more.

I guess you had to be there, ohh never mind LOL
