its the little "+ icon on th bottom right. Press it on each post you want to quote.. takes some practise, but its a good tool.

How do you do the multi quote thingy?

Just like that.. press it on each post until the last one, then use the usual reply with quote button

The only thing wrong with it, is that once you've added quotes to a multi-quote, it will add the same ones the next time you make a reply as well, so you have to untick all the ticks the next time you post on the thread.
