Maximum score stroke play rule 21.2b

Revisiting this but removing the medal round.

This is stroke today and this person has got a 19 on 1 hole. This isn’t out of the norm. Last month she had 205 hits in comp.

Surely there is a rule that she can just pickup after hitting a 10.

It’s just Slowing everyone up.

There is such a Rule, it's Rule 21.2 and it's up to the Committee in charge of the competition to implement it and to decide what is the maximum score for each hole. If the Committee doesn't do what they're allowed to do, you get what you've got.
