I put in to lose 1.5lbs a week I think. But I chose the lowest level of physical activity, as I sit behind a desk all day. Just make sure I go for a walk at lunch to get steps in. My current weight is around 13 stone 4, and I'd like to be closer to 12 stone than 13 really.1750 calories a day what did you put in as a target weight loss
Iād be constantly starving and barely able to function on that amountsounds like you need to make some smarter choices and youāll be fine
A takeaway isnāt going to hurt at all as long as youāre being consistent with everything else. itās a bit like golf really consistency and repetition is boring but ultimately it brings results.
