100% it will work by doing extra on your weaker side, I try and do extra on my left side for shoulder presses as it gives up well before my right.
Try doing Bulgarian Split Squats and doing extra on your weaker side, if your consistent, you should get them close enough to being symmetrical.
It’s not just the leg, I’m referencing more to the upper muscle groups, shoulders, lats, pecs etc etc. due to favouring the right leg for so long I’ve favoured the complete right muscle group.
Just thinking out loud that it may be worth implement the seperate routine to the upper and core body using more cable based / free weights so the right simply cannot carry the left.
Re Bulgarian split squats, the knee isn’t ready for that and pops / crunches and wobbles like a female dog in season when pushed.
