Lee Westwoods putting

I'm sure I read somewhere that Lee's left arm position through impact was genetic and is something he has just had. I do agree though that he seems to lack any tempo or rhythmn and whilst he can get away with it on quicker greens where he can nudge them and they run, on the slow (tour speed slow) greens like Holland where he has to give them a wrap he seems to never get the pace right

I think we all know Luke Donald is pretty good at putting.
Here's a picture of the 2 of them with Lee's Gull wing. Notice how Luke keeps it all much tighter

Hey Bob, just wanted to say that your this post has helped me an unbelievable amount with my own putting. When I first saw it I felt like it was something I was doing as I push a lot of putts and sure enough, when I pointed it out to my teacher yesterday he agreed. Worked on it a bit and went out on the course for 9 holes and putted better than I have in ages and was actually enjoying putting again. Early days but I'm very confident about the future of it.

Such a small tidbit of info but has helped so much, so just wanted to say thanks for that and all the other info you put out to the forum for nothing but helping other people with their games.

And I thought you'd already helped me out enough by selling me the V-easy at Blackmoor! ;) Cheers mate.
