The roads are shocking. I did a 20m journey yesterday and even the main roads are covered in holes or areas where the surface is poor.
The one in the village wrecked tyres and wheels last winter. It's usually under water so catches drivers out. Council "repaired" it - clearly not very well. David found a heavy duty cone loitering by the side of the road so that's stuck in it now which has worked!
