If I had the money I'd rather buy a 20 year old land rover rather than a new range rover I know that after 5 year of owning it I'd get my same money back on a landy

In Australia, where, if your 4x4 breaks down you die, Land Rover market share went from something like 90% to SFA!
Land Cruisers are the dominant off-roader out there.
Not into that stuff myself, bit I remember hearing a few horror stories about Discos, admittedly from the numpty part timers to whom they appeal. Just keep to the left lane(s) on motorways is my plea for them! :angry:

I hope to be collecting my Rover next week.
It'll go just about anywhere, does not have a spare wheel underneath and will not suffer any depreciation because, although it's only 15 years old, was produced in small enough numbers that it is now slightly 'collectable'!
