Watching the golf on sky and they are showing Na lay the hole he had the nightmare 16 on last year.... and hes hanging the shirt he was wearing on the day in the woods where he went nuts lol .....

It got me thinking!!!!

But whats your biggest score on a hole in a comp?

Mine was a 12 ont the 18th at Pyle & Kenfig

Tee: Big slice on the wind into the heavy trees-Lost
3rd: Pull OB over the road running through the middle of the course - Lost
5th: Another Slice into the trees - Lost
7th: Back to the pull and lost in gorse- Lost
9th: Slice but just stayed about 5ft from the trees....pphheewwww
10th: 3 wood to the side of the green.
11th: chip to within 4ft
12th: at least i only 1 putted the green ... kept my putts per round going, especially as i was only 8 over gross before the 18th ...lol

It still makes great viewing

Kevin Na - " How are we going to count all the shots ??"
Caddy - " I dont know. At least they have it on tape..."

I love that he got applause for his 12th shot that finally found the short rough....and he didnt get one for the final putt.

I still can't stand him.

Dropping/throwing his club all the time really get's on my tits.

And instead of hanging his shirt on a tree where he made 16 last year he should maybe concentrate on his game more.

It's funny how the american commentators think he is "breath of fresh air" where as the european commentators have been slagging him off.

I know who i agree with.......

Got bored already with every other comment being about his horror last year Big deal. Everyone has a chop every now and then. Not endearing himself to me dropping his club all the time either. Becoming one of those you'd love to go up to and just smack on the nose

Me too. Lets be honest if he did some of the stuff he does on tour at club level over here he would get chased out of the car park! Throwing clubs around and taking all day to take a shot, hes an absolute tool.

I had a 13 on our 3rd a couple of years ago. Pull oob with my tee shot, then another two balls over the wall later on up the hole, followed by a 3 putt (probably, I always 3 putt when I've had a bad hole) for an easy 13 :)

Still trying to count up mine.....

Years ago, Par 5 with OB all the way up the right.
Tee shot OB
3rd hit power lines - replay
same again - replay
3rd - lost ball in right rough - normally an easy find so didn't play a provisional
5th made fairway
6th OB
8th made fairway
9th bunker right of green
10th bunker left of green
11th on to green
12th/13th/14th putts into hole.

A 14 with 2 replays for hitting overhead lines, 2 x OB and a lost ball.......

please correct me if I'm wrong - I ran out of fingers...........

i had probly the worst bad hole possible.

you see i didnt lose any balls.

i didnt incur any shot penalties.

and yet i managed to take a 9 on a PAR 3!!

thinned tee past the green. pitched far side to the fringe. 7putts later? i got it in the hole AAAAHHH.

and that was only a couple of weeks ago and my handicap has been dropping like a stone since the start of the season. was down to 9.7 before that hole lol

Haven't played in a competition yet but on my third card for handicap I managed an 11 at our short par 4 fourth. Long drive left into rough, couldn't find. Walk back to tee, 3rd 150 yds out of the heel of my driver to left intermediate. 4th embarissing ground first shot with hybrid went all of 10 yds. 5th, 5 iron hooked wildly OOB. 7th 5 iron pushed long and right of the green to within a foot of OOB again. 8th no back swing due to wall that marks OOB advance ball about 10 feet. 9th pitch onto green, 10th and 11th putts.
Usually a hole that I enjoy as I have parred it more than any other at my course.
