Not a big boxing fan but just seen the Kell Brook fight. Classic old fashioned tear up and the result in doubt until the final bell.

Brook took a lot of punishment in the 2nd half and had a bust nose but kept coming back for more and had his man in trouble in the 11th. Close to empty in the 12th and nearly knocked over but won and still unbeaten. Off to a world title shot and he looks a good fighter

Was a good fight and nice too see he could stand 12rounds and have a good old tear up...
His flurry in the 10th I think it was is what got him the vital points. Suprissed too see one judge scored it a draw and the other pair had him down for a 2point win

very good scrap, the American just kept coming after him, must be hard to hit a bloke with good shots yet he still comes after you in the ring.

Nice to see decent fights in lower weights as opposed to the often farcical heavyweight debacles!

Great fight although I now really think that Kell is going to struggle at world level. It looked like he thought he could take him out in five, but the American covered up to suck Kell's power and take him out in the later rounds; it nearly worked.

Kell Brook is a future star BUT... There where a few things that worried me last night. Now the first 6 rounds Brook fought the perfect fight and looked like one of the best fighters on the planet then... BOOM energy sapped and out on his feet for the following six rounds. I'm putting it down to him giving the American his best shots and not being able to take him out like he is use to doing. Now there is no comparison but Tyson was the same if he gave his best shots and his opponent was not fazed he got really downbeat and normally lost. Overall he learnt a lot last night.

I'm off to London next week for Haye V Chisora #TEAMHAYEMAKER
