I stayed up and watched it also, and have to be up at 5am. But can't say I only had 4 hours kip, 'cos I flippin fell asleep for the last hour and missed the best bits. :angry:

what a victiry and about time for English golf. It was a hugely impressive win, more so iMHO for the qaulity of those chasing him and the demands of the course. No lucky golfers or those relative unknowns who can have a good few rounds on an easier course. This wasn't just any old major win it was hugely impressive and bodes well for him in years to come because Donald and Pouklter crumbled.
Well done Justin Rose, the lad comes of age.

Indeed - was my avatar (for obvious reasons) until fairly recently and stuck it back there in commemoration of Rose's victory - and his 2nd shot from (TAIP) exactly the same spot as Hogan in the picture.
