So I don't want to jinx this but I have noted of the last three weeks that there have been more dry days than wet...
Does it mean that the weather has finally decided to give golfers a break?

I was fed up trudging around soaked fairways and soggy greens. Credit to the green staff at our place, it was open when others lower down weren't but playing decent golf (or even half decent) was becoming so difficult that it started to feel a chore.

Hopefully we do get a break and manage to start stringing together some half decent rounds to bring the love back in to the game.

Here's to happy golfing all :fore:

Looking good tomorrow and the weekend so I'm out playing and trying to have some fun. Might even get a bit of colour on my arms too

They're already yellow!:smirk:

Played footy in the garden tonight, ball bounced and we didn't slide in any mud..................the world is good again;)

Only soaked fairways and greens I played on were when I was playing away. Weather hasnt been too bad here for a while and very good all week hopefully it will last as I am looking to get out Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Forecast down south is great, HID couldn't have picked a better weekend to go away on a girlie weekend. Non-stop golf for me :whoo:

Clear blue skies and warm here already so should be really hot later for my matchplay comp at 4pm. Forecast looks the same for the Medal tomorrow and hopefully decent weather for Sunday at Preston with the NW lads in the Open & OOM.

Could the shorts and my milky white legs be making an appearance :mmm:

we havn't had rain for about 3 weeks and only had a few days of it when it did rain.

Played on Wed night and the rough had gone mad, by this weekend you won't even find it in the first cut:(

20 ish yesterday and sunny again today.

It's a stunning morning down here. It's also the first morning I have opened the back door and not felt an icy blast.
Working till 3 then out for a quick 9 me thinks!!!!

Unbelievable!!!!!
Forecast up here is rain tomorrow and temp dropping by 7 degrees.........

looks like summer for next week though so time to hone the game

played 18 this morning, got home 2 hrs ago! 6.30 tee off is where its at, cloud had burnt off by about 8.30 and caught a bit of sun for the last few holes, what a perfect way to start the day! shame about the net +7, but hey!
