Is Monty starting to lose it?

Whilst I a gree that it must be tiresome, these pro's are to some extent there for the fans, and lets face it the fans pay to watch, and without fans there would be no demand for coverage, thus no large pay-checks.

As I said Bunker Junior was in the designated area, where amongst others, Erne, Padraig Harrinntion, Darren Clarke, and many others had all willingly signed things for people, and Ernie even stopped for about a 5 min chat.

We had walked the course with Luke Donanld's other half that morning, and both he and Lee Westwood had spent about 10 mins with Bunker Junior posing for pics, and had both given him a signed ball as a memento.

Whilst I had known that Mont was temperemental, shoving a 10yr old kid out of the way is in my book not acceptable.

I think he's a total Prat if I'm honest

I so wish that sound man who took the abuse had squared up to the doughball, thrown his clubs into a pond or bunker or something then got him in a headlock and patted his head quickly like Benny Hill used to do to the wee baldy man!!! :)

Monty....you are an erse....please take up residency in Turkmenistan so you can stop calling yourself Scottish. :o

Does this apply to Andy Murray? I cheered him on in the pub in Musselburgh last week....with the locals....but he's a bit the same....

Murray just gets bolshy with himself, not innocent others. He's alright cos he's a decent sportsman, unlike Monty. Quite happy for Murray to remain a Scot! ;)

I was certinly not condoning what monty did to your lad, but pointing out the possible reasons for his reactions...

Some people are more comfortable around youngsters than others. Though you'd think Monty would be good round kids especially with his wee wonders program.

Perhaps he's just getting supper crotchety in his middle age.

Pros are under constant pressure and never more so than when things are going wrong. I think he has lost his edge but still a good player, just not good enough to steel much limelight except for all the wrong reasons.
If my advice is worth anything...
Monty, lose weight, get fit, get rid of the attitude then come back and play great golf we all know you are capable of!

Never have liked the sour faced knob.

The money he has earnt doing something which the majority of us would give our eye teeth to do and all you get is that miserable face. Or the big "put on" smile.

I wish he'd just bugger off.
