For me, it has to be Clint Eastwood.
It's okay, I was saying it whilst in character as a tobacco chewing, gun toting, whiskey drinking cowboy ?. Obviously as a modern man I would not condone that type of language ?
A simple but fabulous line. I'm reading this, hearing his voice and grinning."The hell I(you) will."
It did star Clint Eastwood! (Or should I say Clint Eastwood was in it.)does Paint your Wagon count as a western?
A simple but fabulous line. I'm reading this, hearing his voice and grinning.
The great shame is that and so many other fabulous lines are being lost as the younger generation don't seem interested in westerns.
how so its got Lee, Clint and threesome with a womanNot if you are a real man.
Fair point. It just doesn't feel right as a western.how so its got Lee, Clint and threesome with a woman![]()
Harmonica in Once Upon A Time In The West. Took me a long time to "get it" and fully understand the story, but, got to be one of the greatest Westerns ever made. The Cast alone is amazing. Who ever cast Henry Fonda in a "baddie" role took a huge risk, but, he played the blue eyed villain perfectly.
one of the best things about the western tv sries was of course ,THE THEME TUNES. the lone Ranger theme being the William Tell overture was the absolute best of them all ,but Bonanza ,The Virginian ,Rawhide were and still are memorable tunes.
if knew how to put up a link to them all i would ,but im sure theres a cowpoke out there who would do the job
