I bought today.....

...a new titleist cart bag, and after a couple of recent range sessions and looking at my stats, I'm now looking for some regular shafts for my driver, 3 wood and hybrid to try out at the range.

Callaway Epic Flash. After a huge amout of research, it appears this one does almost what newer ones are doing but is a big improvement on mine. I will have to swap the shaft for mine. Will it work? I hope so.
Still using the Epic Flash. I tried to replace it this year with the Epic Max but ended up going back to the Flash. Had it for 5 years now.

Collected the final club to complete my bag - a custom 21 degree 4 hybrid TSR2, then popped up to my club and grabbed Ping and Stuburt mid layers, which won't be as baggy as my current lot after losing two stone.

Dropped of the spare iron set for new grips and confirmed dates for the ten weeks worth of lessons.

Went out without a jacket or thick jumper this morning thinking it would be mild. It was bloody freezing in the wind.

Popped in ti the pro shop and they just got some nice club hoodies in, lovely fleece lining so picked one up and was nice and warm all round.

Might pick up another one next week as they had a nice mid-grey colour too.

Was in Mountain Warehouse earlier and picked up a merino wool baselayer. Will get it's first outing immediately as it's 1°c for my round tomorrow morning.

Took delivery of an Odyssey AI-One Cruiser Jailbird putter during the week. Had my old putter in the bag for the best part of twelve years and, whilst I putted pretty well with it in general, it was starting to look tired and I decided to treat myself.

The new one had its first outing yesterday and I have to say my distance control with it from outside of 15-20 feet was spot on. Got a really nice balance and feel to it.
